This Agreement governs participation in matchmaking services provided by Modern Day Matchmaking. By purchasing or engaging in services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Section 1

Overview

This Agreement governs participation in matchmaking services provided by Modern Day Matchmaking ("Company"). By purchasing or engaging in services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

Section 2

Services

The Company provides private matchmaking and dating-coaching services. Depending on the service selected, these may include:

✦Join the Network (free) — application review and entry into the curated member database

✦Love Card Reading ($49) — a 20-minute live reading, required before any matching service

✦Out-of-Network Matching ($725) — an up-to-3-hour coaching consultation

✦In-Network Dating ($825) — the consultation plus active matching, a background check, and the first introduction

A completed Love Card Reading is required before purchasing Out-of-Network Matching or In-Network Dating. Full details of what each service includes are available on the Company's Pricing page.

Section 3

Nature of Services

Client understands that:

✦Matchmaking is a subjective, human-driven process

✦The Company exercises professional judgment in selecting introductions

✦Not all introductions will result in mutual interest or compatibility

The Company is not obligated to provide introductions that do not meet its standards for alignment and quality.

Section 4

No Guarantee

Matchmaking services do not guarantee matches, dates, or relationships. Compatibility and chemistry cannot be predicted, and outcomes vary based on many factors beyond the Company's control.

Client acknowledges that the purpose of these services is to facilitate thoughtful introductions, not to guarantee any specific outcome.

Section 5

Introductions

✦Introductions are made at the Company's discretion

✦The Company prioritizes quality over volume

✦Timing and frequency of introductions will vary

✦No minimum number of introductions is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing

✦In-Network Dating includes the Client's first introduction; additional introductions are $199 each

Section 6

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

✦Provide accurate and truthful information

✦Communicate respectfully with all matches

✦Act with integrity and good intent

✦Respond in a timely manner when introductions are made

✦Complete a Love Card Reading before any Out-of-Network or In-Network service

✦Consent to a background check via Checkr as part of In-Network Dating

Section 7

Community Standards

The Company reserves the right to remove any Client who engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, misrepresents themselves, or violates community standards. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Section 8

Confidentiality & Discretion

✦All client information is confidential

✦Clients agree not to share or disclose information about other members

✦Introductions are private and intended for personal interaction only

Section 9

Fees & Refunds

All fees are one-time payments in US dollars. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Current fees are:

✦Join the Network — Free

✦Love Card Reading — $49

✦Out-of-Network Matching — $725 (additional 30-minute profile sessions $99 each, after completing this package)

✦In-Network Dating — $825 (additional introductions $199 each)

Refund policy

✦The Love Card Reading is fully refundable any time before the reading takes place; once the reading has occurred, it is non-refundable.

✦Out-of-Network Matching and In-Network Dating are fully refundable as long as the Company has not yet held the Client's up-to-3-hour consultation. Once the Company has met with the Client for that consultation, these services are non-refundable, as the core of the service has been delivered.

✦$99 profile sessions and $199 additional introductions are refundable until that specific session has been held or that introduction has been made.

Colorado statutory right to cancel. In addition to the above, the Client may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this contract for a full refund, by mailing, delivering, or emailing a signed and dated notice of cancellation to Modern Day Matchmaking LLC, 3393 Iris Ave #206, Boulder, CO 80301, or hello@moderndaymatchmaking.com. Any payment made will be refunded within ten (10) business days of receipt. This notice is provided pursuant to C.R.S. § 6-1-903 (Colorado Dating Service Contract Act).

Section 10

Term of Services

✦Services are provided as one-time engagements rather than fixed multi-month contracts

✦The Love Card Reading and the up-to-3-hour consultation are delivered as scheduled sessions

✦For In-Network Dating, matching activity and the included first introduction proceed after the consultation; additional introductions may be purchased at $199 each

✦Each service concludes once it has been delivered

Section 11

Out-of-Network & In-Network Services

Out-of-Network Matching ($725) is an up-to-3-hour coaching consultation that may include:

✦Clarifying the Client's ideal relationship and must-haves

✦A creative assessment and deeper love-card work

✦Review of the Client's online dating profiles and dating apps

✦Guidance on relationship patterns and on who to pursue or skip

In-Network Dating ($825) includes everything in the consultation above, plus:

✦Matching with profiles from the Company's private database

✦A background check via Checkr, conducted before an introduction is made

✦The Client's first introduction (additional introductions $199 each)

A completed Love Card Reading is required before either service. These services are delivered as private engagements and do not auto-renew.

Section 12

Timing

Client acknowledges that timing of introductions varies, availability depends on alignment and mutual interest, and no specific timeline is guaranteed.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

✦The Company is not liable for outcomes of introductions

✦The Company is not responsible for actions of other members

✦Clients participate at their own discretion and risk

Section 14

Termination

The Company may terminate services at any time if the Client is not a good fit or community standards are not upheld.

Section 15

Agreement

By purchasing services, the Client acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to this Matchmaking Agreement in its entirety.

Addendum

Coaching Commitments

Like all things worthwhile, finding a life partner requires a commitment from both the coach and the client. We make a big commitment to our clients, and we ask the same in return. The following agreements will create a strong foundation for our work together.

We agree to be on time for our appointments to honor each other's time.

Time is a precious commodity for both of us. If for any important reason you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, you agree to give your coach a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance, unless there is a bona fide emergency, and your coach will do the same.

Refunds follow the Fees & Refunds section above: services are refundable until we have met for your reading or consultation, and non-refundable once that session has taken place. If something isn't working, please tell us — we want you to feel taken care of.

We both agree to make your coaching time sacred, to make calls from a quiet, private space where we can be present in order to give and receive maximum value.

You agree to take responsibility for getting what you want from the matchmaking process. If anything we do together does not work for you or does not feel right, you will bring it to your MDM coach's attention so we can explore it.

Everything you share will be held in the strictest confidentiality and will only be shared within the Modern Day Matchmaking team.

You agree to be open to receiving feedback and experimenting with new actions, behaviors, and strategies to create the results you want, to bring out the best in you with the goal to attract the best possible partner.
